Unauthorized Withdrawal ripoff

I was checking my bank account and noticed a withdrawal in the amount of $110.00 with check #001. It said signature not required on the back of the check it said deposit only on the back of the check. I knew that I had not written any checks in this amount so I immediately called my bank and they told me to call the company which I did and they said they had collected for an AOL.

I told them that I do not have an AOL account and they said they would refund the money in 1-21 days. They would also be sending me paperwork to complete. I went to my bank the same day and filled out the affadavit for fraud and closed that account and opened another account. I had valid checks out and now I don't have money for the next week.
