This company made an unauthorized withdrawal of $110.00 from my checking account ripoff

I checked my checking account back in May and found that an unauthorized withdrawal of $110.00 was taken from my checking account. On the back of the check was written deposit only. I called a phone number on the front of the check and was told that it would take 1-21 days to investigate.

I immediately went to my bank and filled out a fraud affidavit as i had not made this purchase or whatever it was. After 21 days, i called the phone number on the check again and was told that they would be sending me a packet in the mail to fill out and send back and i would be reimbursed.

I now know that this company is fraud. I do not know how they found my information but i want them to be punished to the fullest extent of the law. This withdrawal has caused much hardship as it has caused me to have over $300.00 in nsf fees.
