I did not read the terms and condition this product when I ordered this product I spoke with an operator from your company I asked him to cancel the order, but after finding out that it was a non refundable offer I ask to cancel so I could at lease get something for my money. I Have had the product for 14 days but have not tried it yet. I feel if I`m going to pay for something I should at least be able to get some benefit from it I`m asking if the cancellation can be reinstated.
