Mis-representation of offer for free trial of product

On 12-23 I responded to an offer for free trial of the product. I was told I would be charged $4.97 for trial offer. I had to discontinue taking product after five days because of gastrointestinal problems with product. Today I recieved another shipment of product. When I called phone number I was told I had been billed $78.00 for the product because I missed the 14 day cancelation time period. This was the first I was told about any 14 day cancelation period. On the orginal offer there was nothing that told me I had to cancel any order. When i called the customer service number I spoke with a male I could not understand. I asked to speak with someone who speaks and understands English. I was told everyone else was in a meeting. The person would not listen to me and kept asking if I authoprized the original order. He would not explain anything. He would not allow me to cancel any orders. He told me I agreed to the terms of the order agreement. There were no terms that said I was agreeing to a second order beyond the trial order which was represented as free. I did not authorize my credit card to be billed for anything other than the $4.97.
