I answered an advert on line on Sept 20th and ordered Slimtone Plus and Body Cleanse. The terms stated that "If you feel Body Cleanse Plus are not for you, cancel within 14 days from you original order date to avoid the purchase fee of £37.50 and enrolement in the autoshipment program." I
deceided against the product and phoned their customer help line but it was automated, it said if I wanted to cancel the product to press on of the keys on my phone which I did - I was told I was now being charged £37.50 although I had cancelled well with the 14 days. I became worried and went to my bank and cancelled by card. I sent back the whole product but did not have their RMA no. But have proof of posting. I received an email from them saying that if I sent back the product (which I have) they will reimburse me - this has to be done before 19th October.
I emailed them to say I had sent it and expected a chegue for £37.50. So I'm hoping to hear back from them. The whole thing is very confusing as you cannot speak to anyone on the phone.
