Total Cleanse
Total-cleanse ropes you in, then won't let you cancel! Bogus cancellation number!

I ordered Total Cleanse from their website @ www.total-cleanse.com. After using the product for a while and deciding it wasn't for me, I attemped to call the number Total Cleanse website provides for you for cancellations and after calling for two days strait and getting nothing but silence or a busy signal, I finally got a recording that says "you have reached the number 8663200038 that is not assigned yet"... After the recording, i was disconnected. So i figure the only other way out is to send the product back, but thats not happening either because in order to return the product you must obtain an RMA# (return merchandise authorization number) and that number can only be obtained by calling the BOGUS number provided for cancellations. (1-866-320-0038)

The policy also goes on to say that they will not process packages marked "return to sender" and thier shipping dept is not allowed to accept any packages that do not have an RMA# clearly written on the package. So I figure, I am stuck buying the product every month for eternity because Unless you call to cancel, you'll continue to get a fresh one-month supply of Total Cleanse every 30 days for $78.84 plus $5.95 shipping and handling for a total of $84.79. But they say "You can cancel anytime."

I ended up having to cancel my bank card. So if you or someone you know has ordered this product from TOTAL CLEANSE, i suggest you do the same before you lose anymore money to www.TOTAL-CLEANSE.com's SCAM to force you to buy their product whether you like it or not.
