Bogus late fees

I initially "lent" $800 and that I was designed to have now been provided a per cent RATE. Anything was good until 2 weeks in after I did not get a statement. The organization named me and required cost. I told them I never received an account. Since I "skipped" a cost, I had been billed a $10 overdue charge and also the RATE went as much as 28.88%. Another month I shipped in my own cost seven days before it had been due. I obtained a phone in the organization saying they never obtained my cost plus they were giving a late charge! The whole period I've existed at my present home, I've never had every other statement not appear OR been informed that my directed cost was not obtained. The corporation is just a fraud - not mailing claims and declaring they did not get funds simply to boost the RATE to some silly price and also to charge exhorbitant late fees.
