Scam and cheating!

I've a Barclays charge card. I usually spend my quantity due immediately after the declaration near day. I obtained the card in March of 07 and that I named the organization to request once the near day was plus they stated the 27th of every month. I put up a computerized cost about the 29th of every month. Two nights before I obtained a phone from the variety company declaring that my consideration has been deliquent since Jan-08. I demonstrated for them that I've created a cost each month. To my surprise they stated they determined in Jan-08 to alter the near day towards the 2nd of the next month without telling the clients. That meant that I settled two funds in January, hence not spending one in Feb. They delivered me to some variety company since my funds today were regarded per month behind plus they charged me late charges of $29 for February, March, and May despite the fact that they obtained a cost each month about the 29th!!! AND since I have had a unique rate of interest of 2.99% (so long as funds are promptly) they've been getting me 21.99% for February, March and May. They WOn't consider the late fees down or repair the fund costs. I'm seeking an attorney and that I claim that that you don't utilize Barclays for-anything if you don't feel just like finding billed for breathing or fooled into this!!!
