Ridiculous that this company can have the power to screw my credit

I've had a Macy's charge card for quite some time. I recently bought a bed during among their revenue. This purchase was regarded a-6 weeks delayed cost though I extended to pay for my Macy's statement more than the minimum due to be able to spend the bed down the moment possible.in March, I obtained my first notice declaring I had been overdue on my bill. Per month passed and that I obtained another notice declaring I had been today a few months behind. I named and there is no report of my previous phone. Our late charge hadn't been fallen and none of the cash from my first account was put on the late transaction consideration. I got anything straitened out all over again after losing additional time about the telephone. A couple of months later I visited make an application for an automobile and discovered that Macyis documented me a few months late towards the credit agencies! Not just did this mess me out-of a good rate of interest, it needed much more time-on the telephone. I named and informed Macyis I needed it removed my statement since I have was never delayed. Which was over per month before. I called again today since it continues to be on my credit history. I'd to describe my tale once again but again there is no info concerning my first phone concerning the credit history. The Macy's consultant explained it'd consider still another month before my credit was obvious. That is undesirable. I've been with this specific organization for a long time and that I haven't compensated one-bill overdue. It's absurd this organization might have the ability to mess my credit the way in which it did and display simply no regret.
