Withdrew money from my account and i never submitted my application

I went through the internet to apply for an advance loan. I recieved several pop up offers but I clicked on the "no thanks" button on bottom. When I read in the liabilities where it stated that the application was not to a lender or otherwise did not offer any means of funds, i clicked out of the site completely. Days later, i look into my account and i see this check that i paid $19.93 for a subscription that I never authorized.
