I had a credid card fraud

I had several credit cards. When my husband lost his job; i try really hard to pay my debts. I also was paying insurance on my credit cards just in case i lost my job or go sick. When my husband lost his job i had to pay my monthly bills and could not afford my credit cards. The late charches kept mounting.in 2005

I finally found the solution or that i though at the time (DTS financial) they told me they can cut my debt in half) i owed at the time (40000.00). I paid them $32000.00) i just to be $20000. (according to their allegations) they did not setlle with country wide (bank one) credit card or capital one) the amount owed at the time for country wide was about $6000.00 not more and capital one $5000.00) country wide used unifund and they are garnishing my wages and charging me with $11000.00 plus.

Capital one is charging me with $13000.00. With unifund i had to go to court twice. They did show off. I had to loose work. I had my daughter and husband and baby at home with no jobs and is really hard to take care of my bills. Please help me. I am at the end of my rope.
