Providian Financial Judgement filed while I was living out of state and now they are garnishing my wages and froze my bank accounts. I need help!

I'd a charge card with Providian Financial that I ceased having the ability to spend in December. My partner was let go from his work and that I was pregnant and unemployed. The total amount about the card in those days was $2500 (my control). They bothered us by phone-10 or even more occasions each day and informed us that people were advantageous to nothings that did not spend our expenses. We attempted to describe our scenario that people were unemployed and attempting to sell our house plus they might receive money the moment we're able to. For more than 6 weeks the calls extended plus they got meaner and meaner with every phone. The only real answer was to remove the telephone.

Today my bank balances have now been frozen and that I am going to trial to try and show why I can not afford to possess my wages garnished. I'm a mother of 3 who operates part time at minimum salaries. I want anyones help there that may! I spoke to some lawyer and that I cannot afford one. It has to become illegitimate... 4 xis the reasoning... Visited courtroom after I existed in another condition... And it was after dark sculpture of restrictions for CA or simply at it.
