Capital one bank are nothing but loan sharks they make the mob look like chumps

A few years ago I had a very good paying job and received many credit cards offer from Capital One. They gave me credit from Gold cards to every card you can think of. I lost my job and filed for unemployment. I had also paid capital one for coverage in the event I lost my job. Well after much waiting and phone calls they paid one month and billed me after that. I mean they really billed me Over the limit fee, late fee, past due fees you name any fee they can think of and they billed me. I lost the battle with them and they did not stop harrassing me. They took me to court and I offered to pay $100 a month because I originally owed them about $3,000.00. They would not accept that amount and wanted to force me to pay them $200 a month. I told them I would try but I was not able to. Well I have now received a new letter again taking me to court. I have to pay them almost $6,000.00. They want my financial records otherwise they are going to put a lien on my house charging 11% interest yearly. My husband is retired and our yearly income is very limited. I am at witts end I do not want to call them because they are very rude and make me very nervous and sick to my stomach. I cannot believe that they would not accept my offer when they know they never covered me when I was unemployed. They lie and can get away with it. Nothing but Loan Sharks with a fancy name!!!
