In September I lost the majority of my small business clients, and contacted JPM / Chase to proactively seek help before I was in financial trouble.
The story over the last 14 months is documented, long, and I have set up as a timeline. It is too much to describe here. My confidential paperwork was lost twice, my case was closed twice without informing me or resolution, I was passed around without being told to different reps and departments, and then only when I left voicemails on every extension I could get through to because months would go by with no response. I was yelled at, told it was my problem, that I would do exactly what they said or else, and I was refused access to talk to anyone's supervisor.
I also damaged my nearly perfect credit because I was told in no way would anyone talk to me until I missed 3 consecutive house payments.in the 4th month I got fully caught up with penalties, was angry but in the system.
