Thieves ripoff They took money without permission

Informed them that we were paying our house off on a certain date and they took another payment out of my bank a couple of days before the payoff! I have been trying to get them to correct this but keep getting the run around and like others I also have experienced the same problem with their computer systems being down when I needed them to correct a problem!
