Reliant financial scams loan sharks bottom feeders criminals hiding behind a company beware

I was looking for a car and found a dealer that would finance me with RELIANT FINANCIAL. Everything was fine until I lost my job and got behind on my car pmt by 6 days. I then found a salesman from the same car dealer I bought the car from claiming to be a repo man and was there to repo my car... I called the finance company to see what was going on... They claimed the car had to be repo'd and i could recover it the next day... I told them i had the money to pay it now he said no. Give the keys to the guy and get it back tomorrow with addt'l fees. Meanwhile the "repo guy" was being rude and agressive towards me and my husband. Make a long story short i called the cops they informed me that it was VERY STRANGE FOR A FINANCE COMPANY TO REPO AFTER BEING ONLY 6 DAYS LATE and advised me not to pay anything till i was guaranteed they would not repo my car. I called the finaance company and told them just like the cop said and they refused to give me anything in writing. After a long and unhappy contract with them they did end up taking the car but they will never get anymore money from me... If anyone is going through what i went through or has gone through this we could file a class action lawsuit against them for all their illegal practices. Harassing phone calls, calling our families harrassing them, my old job calling and harrassing them. Sending THUGS to try and intimidate me but that didn't work... Beware of this company!!!
