Vehicle Re'poed after making payment arrangements only 32 days late

My auto loan was 32 days late, actually the car belongs to my daughter, my husband co-signed for her. She lost her job and we were making the payments for her. Struggling, but making the payments! In April we fell on hard times and the loan became late. I called Sesilia from the Phoenix location to set up arrangements to pay the past due on 4/11/08 in to which she agreed. On 4/14 I get a call from the repo company stating that they were picking up my vehicle between 4-5pm... I'm in shock!!! I made an agreement. I called Sesilia and she proceeded to tell me that because I wasn't going to bring in two payments they were picking up the vehicle. So I argued, "I'm being punished and my credit is being ruined because I'm not bringing in 2 payments"! She then argued that "because I have derrogatory credit anyway, thats why they have the loan, they're not like other creitors who wait until 60-90 days, they can repo after being one day late" The nerve!!! Who is she to comment on my financial status!!! And to top it off, When I spoke to the repo guy, he told me she wanted the car picked up in the late afternoon when all the neighbors are out. But, he didn't... He understood! We made arrangement for him to pickup the car that night at 12am, in which he did. Not only did A&L financial want to ruin my credit even further, but totally embarrass me in front of my neighbors! The customer service reps are rude, callous and uncaring and have no right to comment on a consumers personal finance situation. Also, on the repo order that I asked the repo guy for, in which he gave to me, had my husband's and daughter social security numbers all over it for anyone to see, write down, or copy! Now, I ask... What did the socials have anything to do with the pickup of the car???
