U.S. Mortgage Assistance Center (USLAC.com) informed us our revenue and mortgage was "ideal" to change. Which was before they got our cash. The moment they'd our cash and we'd invested hours and hours picking out paperwork for them, they'dnot return calls. Whenever we ultimately did get ahold of these weeks later, they informed us they mightnot help us. Before we'd delivered the cash, they'd assured us when they were not able to assist us, they'd return anything. Today, they are declaring it is non refundable! We got nothing!

We then approached our very own lender and within 14 days, had our mortgage altered at no cost. USLAC is just a LARGE RIP OFF!!!
