None Delivery due to fea

I am requesting an immediate review of a matter concerning a order I placed with Poland Spring. I had went on line and requested delivery of water to my home. On my Confirmation notification it clearly states (see attached) that my first delivery will be on Wednesday September 24 between the hours of 7am and 12pm. I waited and waited and finally a little after 12pm, I called to find out the hold up and was initially told that someone would be calling me within the hour and that he was expected to deliver my water around 1-1:30pm. No one came, I called again and was told that a manager would call me, no one called. Another representative informed me that they could not deliver to my neighborhood, I said, “excuse me� She then stated that a manager will be contacting me within the hour, no one called. I called the Poland Spring Company again at 7:50pm and was told that another manager would be calling me within the hour. My service for delivery was confirmed, not denied, why didn’t they deliver my purchase request?
I feel I have been discriminated against based on the response of the previous representative who initially stated that “they could not deliver to my neighborhoodâ€, then cleaned it up with, “a manager will be contacting you within the hourâ€, a call that never came.
For the record, I work and reside in Brooklyn NY, in fact I was recently separated from Active duty and I have the DD214 to verify it! For me to come home and face this level of discrimination and bias based on my Brooklyn address is apprehensible and should not be tolerated! If Poland Spring cannot service my neighborhood, how do they deliver to the supermarkets in this very same area? How does Verizon, UPS, Cablevision, AT&T and the Federal Postal Service - service this area? Does this sound fair and right to you? You mean to tell me just like other delivery systems, your workers do not know how to lock up their trucks in order to make a delivery? This is racism!
I can only hope that in fairness you will assist in this matter and have this company accountable for the predisposition of certain neighborhoods. Further action will be taken, I want what I ordered. Thanking you in advance for your assistance concerning this request.
