I approached this company to get a mortgage loan modification. I had been informed it'd charge $3500 in advance but when they mightnot support us, we'd get a reimbursement of but $500 (for administrative costs). We were informed our house could be sold off Nov 3rd and also the Attorney informed us we'd need to spend our home cost ($4,200) plus an additional $300 to get a month or two. We weren't ready to pay for that quantity therefore the home was offered. We'd previously settled The Mortgage Law Center $2,500. We obtained a reimbursement around $150.00. Based on the things they informed us at first, we ought to have obtained a reimbursement of $2,000. These were shady and profited from us dropping our house.
