November 5th I became conscious of a brand new team in the Westlake Village Department.

The brand new "Assistant Director" Marie lacks any professionalism. Her customer support abilities are method below requirements (at-best). I've been visiting this lender for more than 6 years and also have never experienced anything-but the very best... Until today.

Marie totally embarrassed me and did so quite loudly.
