Rude Tellers

I've been an associate of the lender for several years and during the last 9 weeks, I've had the DEFINITELY WORST support I've ever endured. There's one teller that has been there for more than 2 years who's probably the most useful, enjoyable and exceptional teller I'd actually handled. This teller is out of her method to create my visit really enjoyable and certainly will consider her time for you to include issues on my deposit falls if required, lookup my bill number if needed or simply complete of the slide. I arrived in earlier within the week which teller wasn't there and that I visited a teller who had been rude and explained that I had a need to accumulate my deposit fall before I got up-to see her. I told her that I'd instead it's completed by her to ensure my math is appropriate. She huffed and hesitated but achieved it. I had been in the point out draw my balances which whole more than 100K. Easily continue being handled such as this think you me, this can occur. I've realized that this teller isn't there just as much and that I have noticed from others that her hours have already been cut. It's a disgrace since she's the main reason that myself and several of the older population come there. She makes us feel really pleasant and stays the full time and does not hurry us through simply to accomplish things. I believe the lender must reassess her hours and recognize just how much she does for that populace and makes us feel really cozy! I really hope this does achieve not just the bank supervisor but his exceptional plus one gets completed for this snippy small teller and also the additional teller gets recognizition for several she does for that lender.
