Wells Fargo Bank withholding monies

On 9/12, I transferred a $20,000 check created on the nearby lender from the prestiguous lawyer. I told the Wells Fargo supervisor that I required the funds to get a memorial which because the lender was nearby, the check must just be kept to get a time or two. The financial institution supervisor had the teller press and create all around the check and published out a bill having said that they'd create $5,000 on the 15th and also the stability on 9/22. I requested the teller why she published all around the check after I stated no used to do not accept a store and he or she stated the supervisor informed her to. Customer support stated the check removed about the 13th. I went in to the Wells Fargo bank about the 16th and requested the store be studied down.

The manager refused. I named customer support and also the Government department and was informed the department supervisors possess the attention of keeping any check. I responded that I understood the check removed about the 13th and that which was the causes to put on the check more. They stated since the manager may; meaning Wells Fargo supervisor, of the Torrance & Figueroa department simply wished to place it in my experience in a period of need.

I scolded the teller for not informing me these were insisting on the lengthy store particularly when I had been at my cheapest attempting to hide my father. The government department, backed her motion completely. Wells Fargo stinks, it simply stinks. Our dad’s memorial needed to be kept about the 22nd because of mortuary/chapel limitations and that I needed to plead to obtain the mortuary to look after my father before my check for them removed. This bank stinks.
