Bill baker A.R.C. Bill Backer call me every day a fiew times and they threaten to me and my family with taking our home

A.R. C call me every day a five times, and they threaten to me and my family with taking our home, car, and all private property we have if we don't pay that amount same day. So I made agreement with A.R. C over the phone that I will make monthly payments (sum that I own was $8000 and they made some interest and sum goes up to $11000), so I start to pay every month that much I can $ 300 $350 $200... After 4 months A.R. C mail me a letter where says That I own $17000 to them and they have court approval, so they can take to us our home and etc. I stop make a payment then because is useless. A fter paying $1000, I offer to A.R. C $ 8000 in one payment, but they don't seem to want to accept that. Representative from A.R. C Bill Baker call us and fret with: " we got you in our hands, so we can have your home". Same day my wife stack in emergency when shi find a message from Bill B. From A.R. C on the phone. He threaten to us that A.R. C will take our stuff from the house and may have our house to (they check all my things and they knows that I have mortgage renewal for the next few months and they say that I'm not gona make) A.R. C also looked into another accounts without my authorization, they check my wife accounts to...

Honestly I don't know what to due. This is so stressful and harmful for my family, because they haressing us. Is it anybody knows that somebody can due something against A.R.C. Thank you
