Us bank home mortgage... Will not take my money

I am a payment behind on my house note and I have been put on a re payment schedule for six months. This is not the first time I have had a payment plan with them and it totally makes me fall over that every time i call in to make a house note payment under the pay back amount... They will not take my money. My loan note was due on the 31st and I happen to call on the following 4th day of the next month and they would not take my money. They told me it was to late and the computer will not take my payment. Now we are in another month and they want me to pay more money at the end of the month with my re payment schedule amount to be even higher. I have had to call fha and hud on them several times because of this crap. One time they recieved my check late and I think it was short a dollar or so and they sent the check back saying they could not accept it. The things that they are doing is not correct because if it was then I guess FHA and HUd would not of had to call them... Amazing. I have a friend that has got behind on her house bill from another lender and she has applied for loan modification three times only to hear nothing back but then tell her... I am sorry can you send it in again!!! Anyways... Long story short... She went and had to get an attorney and the attorney tells her everytime a bank/lender reviews a loan modification app. The bank gets paid 500.00. All i would like for them to do is accept my money and stop telling me no... You have to wait another month and pay two house notes together... Worst company i have ever delt with.
