Account Number Is Invalid? - They WILL NOT WIN! Ripoff business from hell

Well, my complaint did not go thru somehow. I posted on last August about only ONE of the problems I'm having with them. This time they have even equalled themselves in underhanded theivery.

I got a letter today of notice of intent to terminate my forbearance agreement claiming my payment is a month late. How can that be when this month isn't even over and I am NOT behind on any payments. I checked with my bank, and they DID accept this months payment. So what terms did I breach? It even states that if I DID make my payment, to accept the notice as an appreciattion of my continued relationship with them.

First I went to their website, and it said they could not access my account and to call customer service. I tried to call customer abuse, and was told that both my account number and social security numbers were invalid? I know my SS#, and my account number. I tried several times with no luck. How can I contact them as stated both on their website and the letter if they don't consider my account number valid?

Although I didn't receive the numerous harrassing phone calls this month like usual, I did receive over 2 dozen one ring hang up calls. So this makes me suspicious that this has been their intent all along. Since my home has doubled in value since they took over "servicing" it, they stand a lot to gain by foreclosure.

They forced me into backruptcy 7 years ago when HUD SOLD my mortgage to them to keep my house. It took them a year just to file as the "owners" of the mortgage. The whole time, I paid them the monthly mortgage as well as what they were receiving from the trustee, the lions share of the distribution.

I have been paying them and am currently NOT behind on ANY payments. So the only conclusion I can come to is without me being given the chance to straighten out yet another one of the notorious accounting errors, THEY ARE TRYING TO STEAL MY HOME!

I will try once more Monday morning to reach them. If that doesn't work, I will contact my attorney.

To this day, in the 7 years of hell they have made my life, I have NEVER received anything from Moss, Colitis (intentional typo). So what legal action can be pending? I haven't even received a certified letter from them.

They will not win!
