Ocwen Federal Bank Financial Services Are they trying to STEAL my home? Worth DOUBLE whats owed Was this their plan all along? 7 years of hell to be ripped off?

After I have made my payments online as I have been doing since they conveniently and continually lost my payments, I get a letter of intent to terminate my forebearance agreement thay forced me into 7 years ago.

I went online knowing that I had made my payment to have them tell me that they could not access my account. I call their non-customer service number where you have to enter either your social security or account number. They tell me MY ACCOUNT Number IS INVALID! How can this be when I just received a letter dated 5 days ago from them with that exact same account number. Also, how can I speak to anyone about the problem ifr I can't reach customer abuse?

The notice is telling me that I am one month behind on my payment, which is hard to do when it wasn't past due until the 15th of this month. I checked with my bank, and they accepted the payment. So what gives? The notice is from Ocwen itself, not from Moss, Colitis, (intentional typo) etc. I have NEVER received anything from them but have thousands of dollars in "legal fees" for letters supposedly from them.

The only thing I can see is that they are trying to steal my home by not allowing me to reach them. I strangely did not receive the usual harassing phone calls from them this month. Was this their plan all along? The value of my home is double what is owed. They stand to gain a lot if they try to begin foreclosure proceedgins.

I'm calling my attorney first thing Monday morning, and then calling the people that have made my life a living hell for the past 7 years.
