Changed order of transactions to charge excessive overdraft fees

Bank of America is changing the order of electronic and other transactions appearance on accounts to justify charging excessive overdraft fees. The same trigger that sets off a overdraft fee should deny your debit card from continuing to work. And turning $6 lunch into a $41 one. It is a scam so they can continue to charge excessive fees. They charged me fees for overdraft before my account became negative based on [they say]the initial date a charge was requested. However, the the charge did not appear on my account until 2 days later. They are white collor crooks!
