Deceptive Overdraft Charges Practices

My bank, Bank of America, continues to charge me excessive and dubious overdraft fees. The post charges before deposits in order to charge these fees and they use a largest check first policy that they claim through a survey, which is nonexistant, their customers prefer. This is simply a scam that enables the bank to charge more fees.

Recently my BofA branch even went so far as to back date a charge to my checking made via a debit card transaction in order to assess me seven NSF fees even though a deposit was made the same day which was placed in line after the charge.
