Mortgage Sold After a Month and 17 Calls Went Unanswered

I obtained a mortgage in July only to have it sold to this bank a month later (oh joy). I have made 17 calls to attempt to have someone respond to our request for our final draw on a remodel but this bank won't even call back. The inspector has tried to get them to respond to no avail. Is there another bank failure in our near future?
