Lost my check deposit. Now claims it's not their fault

And so I deposit a check at Suntrust Bank on October 2. On Thursday the next week, the check has nevertheless not been transferred and so I contact Suntrust. The owner that I keep in touch with confirms the check must have been published currently and it is uncertain why there's no profit my bill.

And So I then get informed that Suntrust dropped the deposit for $571.59 and they require my agreement to consider it which it might consider 10 business days or even more.
