Five overdraft fees charged instead of the one I expected

Suntrust has ripped me off for the last time! I make sure that I watch my account and balance it, along with using the Suntrust Banking Application for my phone. I was aware that I would receive one overdraft fee due to a check. They decided to rearrange my account and have charged me "five" overdraft fees when they were supposed to charge me "one"!

This is something that was not supposed to happen! Suntrust feels that they can just get "more money" from people just because they feel they can, and they want to blame it on their system. If that is the case, then you need a "new system"! Credit my account and then close it! I will never bank with them again!!!
