Suntrust Bank losing checks

Suntrust is the worst bank ever! We deposit 2 payroll checks into our personal acct. Thru the drive thru and from there to there proofing department they lose 1 of the checks so they debit the acct. On monday morning we take our deposit reciept to the bank and we are told that yes they lost they check but there is nothing they can do about it and suggest that our employer pay for stop payment on check. We explain that it is suntrust fault they lost the check yet they wont do nothing to try and trace the check down, the only reason my account is still open is we are waiting for them to credit the acct. Suntrust does NOTHING to try and help its customers they are more rude than nice
