I retained huma halimi to modify my home loan i had to pay her $7000 for this purpose i was quite satisfy with her skills in the start. But then she disappeard, did not answer my calls, did not contact me what so ever. I was really upset i started doing my research and got number of attorney that she mentioned on one of the documents when i called and spoke to the attorney mentioned in contract and i was told that huma halimi never got permission from that attorny to file my case. She did false stamp of attorney from save my home on the file to make me feel more comfortable and legit. I called my lender and was told in last 4 months huma halimi never did contact them for any purpose. I was outrageous and called her she never answered. So i went to precinct and filed charges based on fraud and crime allegations. After detectives called her to arrest her she called me to request of taking my chrges back and promised me to refund my $7000 in full amout i went to her new home based office in flushing 135-19 62 and ave flushing, ny and collected my money and still thinking if i should drop the charges after all she ruined my life, time saving i encourage all victims to file case against her.
