Rick I was ripped off and told that if Christian M. Dillion could complete my modification my money would be returned. That was a lie

I was ripped off by the office of Christian M. Dillion, Attorney AT Law. I contacted Christian M. Dillion's office Re: a home modification and was told to bring in my paperword to an office in Los Angeles. I delivered my documents to one of Mr. Dillion's offices and was told by Mrs. G. Cruz that Mr. Dillion could do my modification and it would cost me $3,450.00. Mrs. Cruz also told me that if Mr. Dillion did not complete my home modification I would get my money back. I payed Mrs. Cruz and gave her all the neccessary documents and was told that I would be contacted shortly.

I waited several weeks thinking that my file was being worked on, only to discover that my file had been transferred to the Dana Point office. I spoke to my Bank and was told that no one from Christian M. Dillion's Office had ever contacted them. Mrs. Cruz denied all allegations and sent me to an address in Dana Point which did not exist. After doing extensive research I found another address in Dana Point at which time I drove to that office and spoke to a young man who told me they had just moved into that office and had no files on my case.

I called my bank while sitting in Christian M. Dillion's office and had the bank talk to this individual about the sale date of my home, which didn't change anything. Mrs. Cruz finally told me that my money would not be returned to me. Christian Dillion's office would not return my calls. Mr. Christian M. Dillion took my money and did not complete anything on my Home modification. Everything I was told was a lie. I was cheated and deceived. I want my money returned.
