Payment Refused, Foreclosure Started and Duplicate Insurance Charged

Fairbanks Capital put my property in foreclosure by refusing to accept my payment through Western Union. I am currently in forbearance with an extra charge of over $12,000.00 added to my mortgage.

Fairbanks charged me for insurance and I already had insurance on my property. I had my insurance agent to call them with me on the other line while she faxed proof of insurance and they still charged me for insurance and refuse to accept my mortgage if I didn't pay for the extra insurance.

I have two mortgages with this company and it has been nothing but hell. I feel as if I was raped and the perpetrator laughs and taunts me daily.

I had late charges of over $5000.00 and payments put into suspension. I have written letters and filed complaints and nothing has been done about this company.

My credit is ruined and I have gotten behind on my other bills because I have been trying to play catch up with this company.

If someone knows of any legal recourse please please please let me know.
