BOA won't help unemployed customer even though they got help from TARP

I recently became unemployed. I've a home loan with BOA. I approached them in September and requested their Economic Trouble plan. I posted all of the necessary paperwork within 2 business days. Their consultant explained I'd to hold back thirty days to get a reaction. Four weeks later I had been educated that my software was refused since my revenue is from "unemployment benefits". I named numerous occasions to request reconsideration. The final phone that I put the bill consultant intentionally hung-up on me after I requested to talk to a supervisor.

They began to frighten me by calling me 6 occasions in one evening (twice and house and 4 occasions on my mobile phone)

I Have sent Kenneth Lewis and his top administration and also have gotten no reaction.
