Harrassing phone calls & third party disclosure

I'm presently 8 weeks behind on my auto loan funds with Americredit. Having been unemployed for two years, without any revenue but unemployment benefits, I'm having trouble maintaining. I'm currently getting six calls each day, six-days per week, from Americredit on both my house and mobile phones. Additionally, they're today calling my parents - and obtain this, they followed along my dad at his new work, making him an immediate communication to contact them regarding an urgent situation together with his child. He named them-and then they went directly into depth about my overdue bill and required he give them all contact info he'd for me personally. Then they named my mom athome and did exactly the same to her. Please, somebody tell me this really is illegal business training. Where do I visit get help quit Americredit within their monitors?
