I've possibly had the lowest customer support connection with my entire life with Lender of America that has extended going back 8 weeks. They dropped my mortgage check, explained to place an end pay, subsequently discovered it over per month later and experimented with money. I had been billed to get a end pay plus they haven't repaid. They guaranteed to consider recently cost, and wouldn't. They actually had a duplicate of the check which was dropped in running.

I sent them paperwork 3 times they stated these were running. The final moment I named, a repetition stated somebody decreased the basketball and he recognized that it had been prepared incorrect, and so I had a need to send current info again. They stated it'd be another 45 times. I received inconsistent info from multifple customer support representatives. I have evidence from the mortgage specialist who had been about the conference call. It is horrible. I will never talk to the exact same individual, simply because they wont allow you to. I waited on-hold all night simply to be moved five times. I'm not exagerating. Our family and friends is likely to be deleting all cards. Easily might transfer my mortgage, I'd.
