A Lender of America mortgage specialist, Scott Anderson, "oversold" a mortgage software. I'd been already refused a mortgage from another lender, but this loan specialist was assured that Lender of America might agree the mortgage. He actually spoke me into implementing, even though that there have been apparent warning flags. Then I'd to pay for software costs and that I needed to purchase another evaluation since Lender of America would not take the evaluation completed only a month prior. Therefore countless bucks and hills of paperwork and used hours later, W Of The didn't agree the mortgage. Mr. Anderson didn't have the courtesy to see me herself. Exactly what a shock. I believe it had been reckless of the mortgage specialist to inform me that qualifying would be "not a problem." He possibly does not understand how to make use of a calculator or he intentionally misled me.
