Inc Mrs. Perez I have received harassing hate calls, screaming at me

Mrs. Perez from NCO Financial Systems called me June 12 to try to harrass me into making another payment. When I told her I already made one for June, she began to speak to me hatefully and attacking me verbally. I tried to respond, but she began yelling at me, so I hung up. She called me right back and immediately was screaming in the phone at me so I hung up on her again. I waited for 10 minutes or so, then I called her and asked to speak to her supervisor. Hatefully she said "who's calling?", and when I gave my name, she began to scream at me again. I told her that as soon as I speak with her boss she is fired. I will not pay a penny more on my account until I know she is fired.
