I'm a customer along with a customer who've compensated AmTrust an evaluation charge of $340 to possess my house evaluated. I had been unhappy using the pricing I acquired with my broker and so I went with another agent. Our new agent saved me some cash using another bank and also the new lender need the evaluation requested by AmTrust but Amtrust is declining to produce the evaluation to my new bank. I spoke to some mortgage specialist at AmTrust and he declined aid me with my demand because of business plan. When requested to keep in touch with policy-maker he declined to move me to anybody.

I tried speaking with the appraisal organization plus they stated they cannot launched the information to my new bank until AmTrust produces the evaluation. Therefore today I've to pay for another bank to obtain another evaluation completed. How difficult is it for AmTrust merely deliver a notice to my new lender verifying the evaluation they employ was a certified evaluation which AmTrust may launch the evaluation to my new bank?

AmTrust, you folks are therefore unlikely. If you should be not likely to assist me, I interest in my $340 reimbursement. I am so discouraged along with you men that I'm likely to protest this issue towards the consumer matters.
