Ripoff outlandish ripoff late fees ripoff business from hell

I am another victim from Minnesota and are having the same wondeful luck with this company as all of you.

I am trying to refinance right now to get out from under this company and my credit report comes up as every month late from Fairbanks for the last two and one half years, even though my mortgage was sold to them one year ago. I can get no help from fairbanks.

The refinance company is asking for a mortgage verification, however I do not know that that will tell them anything different than my payments are late and I have all these thousands of dollars in late fees. That is the only flaw on my credit report and it is devastating.

Don't the reputable banks know about this company. If I can not refinance and am stuck with this company I am really afraid they will foreclose as they have done to many of you.

Why can't anyone stop these people. I have told them I want any correspondence with them in writing, of course they will not do that.

I can not afford an attorney to fight this and I do not know what to do. I will write to the credit reporting agencies and hope this does some good.

If there is a class action lawsuit in Minnesota I would be very interested in joining.
