Fairbanks Mortgage Co ripoff Overcharging fees and reporting account late when it isnt! Outlandish ripoff late fees

I agree with all the other reports I have read about Fairbanks! They charge illegal late fees, and just fees, they dont even have a name for them... Just fees!
They have reported me 30 days late when they posted the payment before the 30 days.
Thanks to them, I also cant qualify to even refinance because they have me report late too many times, which isnt true.
We have even paid huge amounts ahead of time, and they dont post them the way we tell them to, and then report us late the very next month!
As far as talking to someone on the phone, you can forget that! They are the rudest people I have ever contacted, and REFUSE to put a supervisor on the phone, then they hang up on you for being rude to THEM!!!
I have never dealt with such a non professional company, and I will be sure when I get away from this hell, I NEVER get put back with this company again!
