They took money out of my account

I got a $200.00 loan from these people dec. The pay back was suppose to be $250.00 dollars. They put the money in my bank accout this means they had access to it. So Every other week after I got money from them they proceeded to take money out of my accout. Well over the 250 dollars they were suppose to take. Hundreds and hundreds of dollars. When i call them about it they were VERY VERY RUDE. The lady call me dumb and everything. Seriously. I put a stop on my account at my bank so they could not take anymore money out. So they changed their I.D. And started taking money out in another name. I had to closed my whole bank account out to get them to stop.
