B and t loans aka b and t financial group fraud!

I applied for a 5000 dollar loan and b and t call me, a lady by the name of wendy roy. She said i was approved and i needed to make a security payment of 480 dollars. She gave me a name and place to send it too along with an "account number" she faxed me my contract, so i signed in and sent it back, while carefully reading all the terms. Everything seemed legit so i sent the 480. She said the money would be directly deposited into my bank account beings that was my choice of recieving the loan. She again said that would take 48 hours. 1 week later after calling and calling and still not recieving the money, and my bank accout being over drawn from money i did not spend, i still did not recieve a call back! I kept calling for about a week and and the numbers were all diconnected! So in the end i am out about 700 dollars and no way to get it back!
