False Charging to our Account Internet

I was going through my and my husband's bank account statement on-line when I stumbled accross this www.funworkdesign.com that had charged us for about $9.87. I contacted my husband he had no idea what it was and even though it was just ten dollars I wanted to see who had access to charging our bank accout.
When I googled www.funworkdesign.com this is what I found other people that had been screwed by these people too. We are also military, my husband is Active Duty Army and set to deploy within the week so now I am rushed to figure out who is charging are bank accout without cause before they charge us more.
From all of the stories I have read the people mostly affected by this site is military so if anyone has found a way to stop them from charging their bank account please let us know so we can stop them too.
