I have ask for a loan from Ameriloan on june. I read my agreement several times. I did notice that they will charge me 75.00 everytime it will be renew. One day I decided to pay it off. I did what they wanted me to do. So when I check my bank account I noticed that they didn't get the amount I was suppose to pay. I never called them cause I short of money again. So I decided to wait to pay it off. Well now they toke 75.00 dollars about four times. So I saw that they started to take 50.00 dollars and 60.00 dollars. I been trying to contact them but now luck. How can I stop them to stop taking my money? How can I get my money back? Cany somebody out there who could help me? Has anybody have Bank Of America? Do you know if I explain to them about the situation will they help me? I would really appericated if somebody else out there could help me with this stuation?
