Unauthorized charges from bank acct

Examined my bank statement on 07/23 and realized that Netzero charge my bill $4.95. I terminated my Netzero consideration Oct. Named Netzero plus they stated they supplied me having a copy consideration that we didn't approve and sometimes even learn about! $44.55 hasbeen "taken" from my consideration by Netzero
