Rips off consumers

Netzero are rip off artists. Cancelled service back in September and was not billed further until I just got bank statement and they charged me for January. Called them about it they said it was reactivated. Hummm im puzzled, I asked who reactivated service they couldnt tell me.netzero rips the consumer off beware.
